Coding for Metaverse is an online e-learning platform created by Bangkok University and depa (Digital Economy Promotion Agency). It introduces kids and teens to programming through Roblox and Lua, a beginner-friendly scripting language, alongside digital skills like STEM, AI and IoT and new technology such as the metaverse, NFTs and blockchain.

### Courses, each with a certificate of completion

-   Fundamental Knowledge of Metaverse Creating: 17 lessons, beginner
-   Creating Basic Games in Metaverse: 20 lessons, beginner
-   Make Money in Metaverse: 6 lessons, easy

### How students learn

-   Self-paced video lessons, real code samples, guided exercises and hands-on projects
-   A companion Coding for Metaverse game on Roblox to practice in
-   Coding contests where students show what they've built

### Results

-   More than 10,000 user accounts activated
-   Students have built over 1,000 games
